By the time Adrian reached elementary school, his older brother was shot dead by some random gangster. His dying words to Adrian were “get out of this neighborhood and make a future for yourself.” It was then that Adrian managed to escape the neighborhood full of gang violence. He ended up in Concord, with his cousin Daniel “DJ” Johnson. Trying to forget his past, he changed his last name to Johnson. He was first introduced to the game of basketball by DJ, and they have been playing together ever since. The two of them created great chemistry. They dominated in their junior high teams, and by the time they were freshmen at De La Salle high school, both of them started for the Varsity team. Adrian took the nickname “Ballahollic” because he wanted to forget the past, where his family was addicted to drugs and alcohol. He wanted to be addicted to the game of basketball instead.
PLAYER NOTES:
Ballahollic is a very good outside shooter. He can create his own shots quite often. He is also a pretty adequate inside scorer, as he can penetrate into the lane quite well. His ball handling skills are okay, but could use some improvement. Not that great of a rebounder, but can play exceptional defense. Is a very hard worker and hustles throughout every single game.
