You can now Scout Rookies before the draft to get a closer look on the prospect! Here are the rules.
1) Each Owner has only 2 scout slots.
2) You can spend your scout slot on the same rookie or on two different rookies.
3) Scouting Rookies are NOT mandatory!
4) To scout a rookie, please PM me after the Playoffs end. I should PM you back within 3 days with a boxscore of your Rookie's performance (that way, other Owners cannot see how your scouted Rookie did).
EXAMPLE
1) Say Nike wants to scout a rookie.
2) Nike first PMs me something like this:
"This is the Nike Owner, I would like to scout _____ (Rookie Name)."
3) Within 3 days, I will PM back a boxscore that looks similar to:
