Monday around 8pm EST. Only Team Owners will be invited. Also, if you have no sent any Scouting PMs before Monday 7pm ESt, then you will LOSE your Scouting Slots.
Also, if you haven't sent a Draft List (ALL ROUNDS), and it's your pick... and your NOT there... you will AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT that pick and when you get on, you can choose from the undrafted players.
