AK 47 at Cold Pizza
TA: The Assassin
JC: Jay Crawford
JC: Good morning America, today on our show we have a special guest. He is a team leader of Adidas, out of Syracuse University, The Assassin. So, how are you today?
TA: I am feeling a little sore from yesterdays game vs. Nike, but I am very happy to be here.
JC: Thats good to hear. So, last night you guys played a strong Nike team that had some good players. How were you able to contain Speedy?
TA: Well, we did not really contain Speedy, because he still dropped forty points on us. However, I think that the half court traps and full court presses made him get the ball out of his hands. This helped prevent him drop sixty.
JC: What do you think your role is on this Adidas team?
TA: First off, being the point guard, my primary role is to dish the ball off to some of our scorers, being The Wizz and AK 47. But, I think that I can shoot a really good three ball, and when I am open, Ill shoot it. I also can play some good defense so that helps slow down some better players.
JC: Your passing ability was exhibeted last night when you had eleven assists. You also were able to have 3 steals. The Wizz also had a big contribution in the game. How did he affect the outcome?
TA: First off, The Wizz was an excellent aquisition for this Adidas team. I felt very comfortable playing next to him and giving the ball to him. I am very confident that when I give him the ball something positive will happen. Last night, he had 7 huge blocks and had 21 big points.
JC: About those blocks, how did he do it?
TA: (Chuckling) Being 6'3" he has a big heart and tremendous hops.
JC: Well, its been a pleasure talking to you and good luck in your next game vs. Converse
TA: Thank you.
