Suggestion: Recruiting

I got a suggestion about recruiting. I don't remember if you did this before or not but heres my suggestion, if someone recruits a guy and they make 1 player, the recruiter gets 1 or 2 points, and if the person recruits and makes 2 players, the recruiter gets 3 points. Those points of course go toward upgrading. Might work or might not, just an idea. Think it over

Sounds like a good idea. Yeah I'll do it like that. But to do that... you need to be a Talent Scout. And you can't be a Talent Scout and a Grader at the same time.
