(AP) -
Los Angeles- Earlier today, it was reported that a new player had decided to enter the draft. The young player, Luc Richard M'Bah A Farmar, comes from a long line of skilled players from UCLA. Recent UCLA- turned NBA stars had much to say about the new kid. Jordan Farmar said, "I think Luc Richard reminds me a lot of myself because of his great scoring capabilities and his great all-around play" he continued "There is also something that sounds eerily familiar to me but i can't quite put my finger on it." Another former UCLA player, Luc Richard M'Bah A Moute, said, "He is a great player who comes form my home country of Cameroon..We have absolutely no affiliation with eachother though."
Here's an action shot of Farmar at UCLA.
Farmar expects to be a top 25 pick stating, "I think I deserve to be there after my career averages at UCLA were 42.3ppg 5.3rpg .2apg" Farmar proves to be one of the better scorers and all-around players in the draft. Reports are that Team Essance and Team Jordan both may have interest in him. When he announced that he was entering the draft, there were many to speculate that this would be a bad move for him because he is only 19 years of age. Luc had this to say, "I think those who say I can't play with the big boys can check otu how I did at the best basketball school in the nation where I was the main man who had to lead the team and I did great under the pressure leading UCLA to a 33-0 record and a National Title." Farmar is excited to be mentioned with the likes of other great prospects like "Ocho Cinco". He is honored to be a part of a great league that values him as a top notch player.
Team Jordan is one of the many teams interested in Farmar.
