Louis plans to make major impact on whatever team drafts him.

He sat there, blaring music from his iPod. The kid once called "the next Larry Bird" at the University of Oregon just slipped his name into the PHL's draft lottery. Louis was a tall lanky kid, with a sweet finesse stroke from beyond the arc in college. He has been compared to shooters such as Mitch Richmond, Peja Stojakovic, Ray Allen, Larry Bird, and even Reggie Miller.
"The kid can shoot better than most can while he's blindfolded. He's just a silky smooth player who can move without the ball, and when he gets it, he's dynamite." Said Louis' college teammate Malik Hairston. "Although he gets compared to the great shooters, he keeps his head on his shoulders and knows exactly who he is."
Louis has an uncanny ability for shooting that outside jumper he loves to shoot, but scouting reports say that that is all he is capable of doing.
"Steve isn't very physical, you wouldn't expect him to compete down low, heck, you wouldn't even see him down low. He plays on the perimeter and is one of the best at it. But one thing people underrate about Steve is his defense." Said high school teammate Mike Jones.
Overall, Louis is a pretty good defender, not a lock down type, but he can get the job done. He can dribble the ball and most PHL analysts say he's your typical 1. He's 6'6" and weighs 220 pounds.
"What if someone shuts Steve down on the perimeter? He's useless. There is no need to take this kid in the first five rounds." Said ESPN.com analyst Beano Cook. "I mean if he could learn to do anything inside of the three point line, we have a hell of a player, but he can't. He's a dangerous shooter and thats all. He isn't a good defender, he has absolutely no toughness. If he gets a paper cut this kid is out for a month at least. He has no heart, no guts, no will."
But in the end Steve's play will hush the critics.
