ROFL! Have you ever seen Thomas play a game? This kid has no offensive game whatsoever. The Bulls should have took center in Aldridge instead they took anohter tweener SF/PF in Thomas when they already have 2 good ones in Deng(Who is much better than Thomas) and Nocioni. Well you wouldn't know taht since you only look at box scores and post on the night when he finally has a good game. Alderidge is too soft for my taste buds. I've seen Thomas play many times at LSU. Only an idiot (aka Eddy Curry fan) like you would judge a player by their offensive game alone. Kid is a superb athlete- a physical freak of nature, a sensational shotblocker, solid rebounder. As for his offensive game- he does have a developing midrange game, and can slash to the hole.

WooooW.. College to the NBA. Get it right chump. NBA is a new world compared to the college game. Aldridge soft? Have you seen him play or are you too busy reading scouting profiles online? I'll give it to TT that he is a great athlete but i've seen him play 4 times so far this year and everytime I see him he's clanking shots. Trust me, he is not a slasher but he is an active player around the basket.

in time, TT will be a good player... But the obvious pick wasn't aldridge, it was Roy.

Brandon Roy was the best player in the draft. IMO

They needed a center or powerforward, not another SF/PF. Aldridge would have been the perfect compliment. IMO the best player in the draft will be Rudy Gay if he continues to develop his jumpshot and ball handling.

naw Rudy Gay was to much of a project. he might be best in 3 or 4 years. but i ment at the time of the draft Roy Was.

Gay and Thomas may be the most talented, but I'm not sold on either becoming the best.
Haven't seen Bargnani play yet, but there is a reason a great basketball mind like Colangelo would take him number one.
Roy is going to be a damn good player. Seen him play and improve for 4 years at Washington. I love his leadership ability. Reminds me of a skinny poor man version of Paul Pierce.
And while he has been inconsistent so far, my personal favorite is Adam Morrison. Once he can find his shot, expect his offensive game to be near unstoppable.

Roy plays nothing like Pierce man, he's a combo guard. He's almost like D Wade but IMO a better shooter but can't finish at the rim yet like D Wade.

I don't really see the Wade comparision.
Wade takes it to the hole alot and is known for his ability to draw contact- not the deal with Roy.
Roy is the jack of all trades. Solid at pretty much every aspect of the game. He is a leader, who likes to step up big in crunch time (man, I remmeber a game against my Arizona Wildcats which went to double-OT becasue of Roy's buzzer-beaters. Lucky for AZ, Roy fouled out).

I think Foye is overrated and I am a Villanova fan.

Very young, very explosive playmaker with a developing shot.
Not much else at this point.
Gotta love his upside tho.
